As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the clients' strategic growth initiatives and optimising financial performance through insightful analysis. You will work closely with the finance, investment, and operations teams to drive value creation across the company.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the annual budget and forecast including the 5 year business plan to support informed business strategies
  • P&L, cashflow and balance sheet forecasting
  • Prepare and review market analysis, KPI's and due diligence analysis
  • Preparation of monthly board pack reporting
  • Partner with senior business managers and key stakeholders to provide strong decision support
  • Highlight business risks and opportunities to drive operational and financial performance
  • Provide external investors with insightful analysis
  • Assist with the annual audit process and annual statutory financial statements
  • Support the M&A team with market analysis, review of key target performance, due diligence and review of SPA's
  • Involvement in fundraising including due diligence processes, financial control frameworks and documentation preparation

The successful candidate:

  • ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA
  • Advanced excel - highly advantageous
  • PowerBI - desirable
  • Strategic mindset and proactive nature
  • Willing to be in the office 5 days a week
