Morgan Mc Kinley is seeking a Head of Engineering (Process and Design) for a UK-wide, multi-site operation with hybrid working.

The role leads as the Design Authority, setting engineering standards and governing capital development projects across the group.

Reporting to the Projects Director, you will manage the central CAD/BIM function, ensure process safety compliance (COMAH/DSEAR/ATEX), and collaborate with operations, sites and external contractors to deliver scalable engineering strategies.
