Job Description
A Big 4 Accounting Practice is currently recruiting for an Employment Tax Senior Manager in London, operating a flexible working policy of 2 days per week in the office.
The role:
- Managing/leading employment solutions advisory projects, varying from larger strategic projects through to various review work
- Leading on the offering and implementation of Employer Solutions technology
- Responsible for managing aspects of engagements including project delivery, work in progress, billing and risk
- Managing employer compliance activities including:
- PAYE health checks and settlement agreements, SAO cert, HMRC KYC, NMW and CIS compliance
- Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
- Managing from the front, delivering training and supporting on complex projects
Your experience:
- CTA and/or ACA qualified
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in business development (new and existing) and marketing services
- Experienced in leading projects and delivering often high level, complex advice
