Job Description

A Big 4 Accounting Practice is currently recruiting for an Employment Tax Senior Manager in London, operating a flexible working policy of 2 days per week in the office.

The role:

  • Managing/leading employment solutions advisory projects, varying from larger strategic projects through to various review work
  • Leading on the offering and implementation of Employer Solutions technology
  • Responsible for managing aspects of engagements including project delivery, work in progress, billing and risk
  • Managing employer compliance activities including:
    • PAYE health checks and settlement agreements, SAO cert, HMRC KYC, NMW and CIS compliance
  • Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
  • Managing from the front, delivering training and supporting on complex projects

Your experience:

  • CTA and/or ACA qualified
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in business development (new and existing) and marketing services
  • Experienced in leading projects and delivering often high level, complex advice
