A leading consultancy business is searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their growing Employer Services team, based in Central London, and offering flexible and agile working. As an Employment Tax Senior Manager / Associate Director, you'll support and advise clients of varying sizes (AIM, FTSE and unlisted) on a wide variety of Employment Tax matters. You'll build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and support the growth of the Employment Tax team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on a wide range of Employment Tax advisory and compliance projects
- Draft, review and review advisory reports across broad UK Employment Taxes technical matters
- Be the main point of contact for your client portfolio
- Key stakeholder in collaboration with other internal teams and external contacts
- Employment Tax due diligence reviews for corporate transactions
- Responsible for the full employment tax compliance cycle (P11Ds, PSA, ERS, PBIK, CIS, STBV)
- Develop business with new and existing clients
- Lead, coach and mentor junior colleagues
