Job Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the Partnerships team of a lovely company based in West Sussex. The Partnerships Manager role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract and will help maintain and drive forward a successful portfolio of partnerships to achieve growth and meet revenue targets. This includes negotiating with and managing external partners, successfully promoting products to customers, and developing additional revenue streams.

Salary: Β£35K + excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office based in East Grinstead, West Sussex

Partnerships Manager duties:

  • Assisting with the management of customer promotions, offers, savings etc through different channels
  • Maintaining partnerships, recruiting new partners, and delivering an excellent service to customers
  • Implement marketing plans across various channels
  • Analysing KPIs, competitors, and market trends to determine new opportunities
  • Communicating product developments to the Marketing Team in the form of written product briefs, training and informal presentations
  • Producing and presenting performance reviews to stakeholders
  • Influencing and supporting marketing campaigns and improving promotions

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in working in a similar marketing, commercial partnerships type role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with and negotiating with partners
  • Proven ability to gather and interpret data, provide insight and make recommendations
