By developing strong operational leaders, embedding continuous improvement, and ensuring resilient systems and controls, the Director of Operations creates the conditions for consistent delivery, confident decision-making, and sustainable performance across the organisation.

The Director of Operations is accountable for the organisation’s operating model — ensuring it is clearly defined, consistently applied, and evolves over time to enable effective delivery of strategy.

This role works closely with the Director of Organisational Effectiveness to optimise organisational process design and drive continual improvement, ensuring that teams have the systems, tools, and processes required to deliver consistently and efficiently. The role partners closely with the Director of Finance.
