We are working with a well established manufacturing company who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work at their office based in Crawley. The role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and the ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, organised and wanting to work as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Content creation for social media for multiple brands, including scheduling content, conducting analysis, reporting and monitoring social media channels and engagement.
- Responding to customer enquiries on social media channels.
- Writing engaging, SEO optimised copy for company blogs, websites and marketing communications.
- Support with managing and maintaining e-commerce sites, uploading new content, updating products, creating new pages and optimising/editing existing content.
- Analysing traffic and engagement on websites, producing reports with propositions on improvement and optimisation.
- Creating email campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity for future and current products.
- Product photography, image processing and some graphic design work.
- Assisting with other tasks such as competitor analysis, SEO, production of marketing material.
- Assist with photo shoots, events and content creation.
