Morgan Mc Kinley is seeking a Deputy Chief Engineer in Dorset with hybrid/flexible working.

You will support the Submarine Systems Division, drive the Engineering Lifecycle, own roadmaps, oversee architectural design and mentor a team of SDAs.

The role requires strong systems thinking, experience across modeling, requirements, and product lifecycles, and capability in sonar, real-time systems, or weapon systems.
