CRM EXECUTIVE – LEADING LAW FIRM

Morgan McKinley is currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Executive to join a prestigious law firm in a pivotal support role, assisting the CRM Manager in maintaining and optimising their CRM system. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 2-3 years of CRM experience, particularly with the InterAction system, to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM Manager with the day-to-day management of the firm’s CRM system (InterAction), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform regular updates and maintenance of client data to keep information current and high-quality.
  • Generate reports and deliver insights to support business development, client engagement, and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm, providing training and guidance on CRM best practices and system usage.
  • Help drive client retention strategies by analysing CRM data trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support marketing and business development campaigns by providing data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the integration of new CRM features and tools to continually improve efficiency and user experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong expertise with InterAction CRM (essential).
  • Proficient in data management, reporting, and providing actionable insights.
