We’re looking for a personable and proactive Contingent Workforce Specialist to join a fast-paced, busy team within a large organisation.
This hands-on role will support the transfer of workers between organisations as part of an M A programme. You’ll manage workforce-related tickets, liaise with the MSP Magnit, support the implementation of VNDLY, and provide an excellent service to workers, hiring managers and key stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Client-side contingent workforce experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- A proactive, organised and personable approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Experience with M A activity, worker transfers, Magnit or VNDLY would be highly desirable.
