The main function of a content specialist is to manage workstreams to refine content experiences across platforms and products. The typical content specialist will have excellent editorial judgment, ability to drive processes and organize execution across a variety of projects and products, and have a concrete understanding of data analysis. They will also help guide the success of the team through coaching, collaboration, and building relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide content strategy for guidelines that help review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Manage day-to-day facilitation of project execution at the workstream level.
- Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly.
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to improve user experience.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners.
- Have the ability to work an extended schedule as required, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Skills:
- Critical thinker with exceptional ability to translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports.
- Must have a strong command of grammar, style, and tone.
- Experience with social media platforms, content discovery tools and content strategy.
- Knowledge of project management and leading a team through the cycle of the creative process.
- A proven track record of managing complex workflows with operational expertise.
- Creative self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel.
- Experience in coding and/or prompt engineering preferred.
