Role: Company Secretary, SMCR and Governance
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Working pattern: 3 days per week
Primary responsibility:
- Co-ordinating the Senior Managers Regime
- Contributing to the execution Certification Regime
- Providing secretarial services to the Board, its sub-Committees, the Executive Committee and a number of its sub-Committees
