The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Client Onboarder to join a global financial services leader on a 12-month contract, with real potential to go permanent.
You’ll be the face of the onboarding process — working directly with clients across the globe to ensure all KYC and documentation requirements are met. This is a fast-moving, client-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.
You’ll join a supportive team of six in a collaborative, hybrid environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main contact for clients during onboarding
- Manage global onboarding requests and KYC documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate client data and account setup
- Prioritise and manage a pipeline of up to 25 live onboarding requests
- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client onboarding, client services, or KYC
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and Word
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
