Client Onboarder – 12-Month Contract (Potential to Go Permanent)

📍 Hybrid – 3 Days in Office / 2 Days from Home

💰 £260/day PAYE (inc. holiday)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Client Onboarder to join a global financial services leader on a 12-month contract, with real potential to go permanent.

You’ll be the face of the onboarding process — working directly with clients across the globe to ensure all KYC and documentation requirements are met. This is a fast-moving, client-facing role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are key.

You’ll join a supportive team of six in a collaborative, hybrid environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main contact for clients during onboarding
  • Manage global onboarding requests and KYC documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate client data and account setup
  • Prioritise and manage a pipeline of up to 25 live onboarding requests
  • Work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in client onboarding, client services, or KYC
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
