This is much more than a content production role. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, spot a good story and take the initiative to make things happen.
You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business to develop content that informs, inspires and engages.
From turning research and specialist insights into accessible articles, to developing creative campaigns, social content and multimedia assets, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how the organisation connects with its audiences.
We want someone who is naturally curious, full of ideas and excited by the opportunity to experiment with different approaches, formats and channels.

- Working with internal stakeholders, external agencies, freelancers and creative suppliers to deliver high-quality content.
- Monitoring content performance, reviewing engagement and using insights to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of future activity.
- The person we're looking for
Above all, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves content and has the drive and enthusiasm to make things happen.
You'll be creative, proactive and naturally curious.
Someone who doesn't always wait to be told what to do, but actively looks for opportunities, brings suggestions to the table and takes ownership of delivering great work.
You'll ideally bring

- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to make complex or technical subjects interesting, clear and easy to understand.
- A creative eye and the ability to develop engaging content that stands out and connects with different audiences.
- Experience working with different content formats, including video, photography, graphics and social media.
- The confidence to generate ideas, challenge the status quo and suggest new ways of doing things.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Experience planning content, managing editorial calendars and coordinating creative projects.
- An understanding of digital engagement and how to use performance insights to make content more effective.
- The ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate with people across different teams and disciplines.
Most importantly, you'll bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in what the organisation does.
