Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a long-term contract? We are currently partnering with a highly successful, fast-paced studio based in Knutsford to find a dedicated People & Culture Advisor.
The Details:
- Location: Knutsford (Hybrid/On-site details to be discussed)
- Contract: Running until 29th January 2027
- Approx. £40,000pa
What You'll Do:
- Act as a dedicated business partner for a specific population of around 100 employees.
- Take the lead on employee relations, confidently guiding managers through grievances, capability hearings, and PIPs.
- Champion employee health and wellness by analyzing absence data, managing Occupational Health cases, and organizing proactive wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage flexible working and family leave requests while ensuring absolute compliance and accurate payroll updates.
- Coach and upskill team leads, helping them become better people managers.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrable HR generalist experience with a heavy focus on complex ER casework.
- A degree-level education (CIPD qualification is a big plus!).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel (vLookups, data analysis).
- A diplomatic, unflappable nature with stellar communication skills.
- Exceptional discretion and a thorough understanding of GDPR.
