The Team
The London Agency team is part of the wider EMEA Agency platform. Acting as Facility and Security Agent on syndicated loans, the team coordinates transactions across sectors including Corporate Banking, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Shipping, and Acquisition Finance. Working closely with offshore colleagues, the team is focused on delivering a high-quality, client-centric service while continuously improving processes and controls.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Loan Agency Specialist, you will support the successful execution and ongoing management of syndicated lending transactions by:
- Managing deal closings, funds flow, and transaction onboarding.
- Reviewing facility documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and market standards.
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to deliver transaction milestones.
- Acting as the primary contact for agency-related queries and issue resolution.
- Facilitating amendments, waivers, consents, and syndicate communications.
- Investigating operational issues and mitigating transaction risks.
- Overseeing offshore servicing activities to ensure excellent client deliveries
