We’re seeking an experienced Head of Reward to lead our enterprise-wide Total Reward strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and sitting on the People Leadership Team, you’ll shape and deliver a competitive, compliant and forward-thinking reward proposition that supports our business and people strategy.
You’ll lead the Remuneration Committee agenda in a regulated environment, ensuring best practice across executive remuneration, pay, incentives, benefits and pensions (DB & DC). You’ll oversee annual reward cycles (pay review, bonus, benchmarking, benefits renewals), using data and insight to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. This role also leads a small Reward team and manages key external advisers and suppliers.
We’re looking for:
- Strong reward and benefits expertise, including RemCo experience
- Experience in a regulated environment (ideally financial services)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level influencing skills
- Strong analytical capability and commercial judgement
- A strategic thinker who can deliver operationally
