Contract Duration – 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic business decision-making by turning raw data into critical information that can be analysed, while informing metrics / KPIs and financial forecasts
  • Design and implement scalable QuickSight dashboards that track key performance indicators for subscriber growth, content consumption, financial reporting, and marketing campaign effectiveness across different international markets
  • Educate and train the team in self-serving using these dashboards, gather feedback on missing functionalities and implement upgrades as required
  • Create customized reporting solutions and support ad hoc analyses that allow the international team to monitor and compare the performance of various territories, enabling data-driven decision-making for content acquisition and marketing resource allocation

Basic Qualifications :

  • A self-starter with a background in supporting financial analysis, marketing analytics, subscriber analytics and/or content strategy, who can work independently to develop and customize dashboards for multiple territories
  • A engineering professional with 3 years’ experience in analyzing and interpreting data using BIE tools, particularly QuickSight, Redshift, SQL
  • An individual with excellent written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross functional teams that have varying levels of technical expertise and international reach and translating business needs into actionable product requirements
