We're supporting a large-scale ERP transformation programme, migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA (SAP RISE) as part of a wider finance and data modernisation initiative. This is a key leadership role within a high-visibility, cross-functional programme, sitting at the centre of Finance, Data, Product and Engineering teams.
You'll take ownership of a complex, enterprise-wide programme focused on delivering a successful SAP RISE migration, ensuring strong governance, structure, and delivery control across multiple workstreams. This is a non-technical leadership role, focused on orchestrating delivery, managing risk and ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end programme governance and delivery oversight
- Drive execution of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration strategy
- Manage risk, controls, dependencies and escalations
- Coordinate across Finance, Data, Product and Engineering teams
- Shape and maintain programme plans, RAID logs and governance frameworks
- Support discovery through to implementation and go-live readiness
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across senior stakeholders
- Influence without authority across multiple global teams
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Programme Manager experience in complex environments
- Strong background in SAP transformations (ideal) or ERP / finance system migrations
- Strong governance, planning and structured delivery approach
- Confident stakeholder management at senior level
- Strong risk management and escalation handling experience
- Ability to operate in a complex, data-driven environment
- Experience working with data or integration-heavy programmes
