Key Responsibilities
- Inputting purchase ledger invoices
- Raising monthly e-commerce invoices
- Updating bank transaction spreadsheets
- Maintaining cash flow control
- Managing and maintaining the Xero accounting system
- Credit control responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Monitoring customer profitability
- Entering customer invoices into EDI systems
- VAT reporting
- Preparing year-end accounts for external accountants
Ideal Candidate
- QBE or Part-qualified/Qualified Accountant
- Previous experience using Xero accounting software desirable
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Organised with strong attention to detail
