I'm looking for an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement operations, manage a small team and work closely with the CFO to drive effective purchasing, supplier management and cost control.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can hit the ground running, navigate SAP confidently and bring structure, visibility and control to the procurement function.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day procurement activities and ensuring effective purchasing processes.
- Leading and supporting a team of one direct report.
- Working closely with the CFO on procurement performance, cost savings and supplier strategy.
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiations and contract terms.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, control spend and deliver value for money.
- Ensuring accurate procurement data, reporting and compliance with internal procedures.
What I'm looking for:
- Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or similar senior procurement role.
- Strong SAP experience is essential.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Strong supplier negotiation, cost management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, make an immediate impact and operate confidently at senior management level.
