Morgan McKinley is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area on a hybrid basis. The Finance Assistant will be working as part of the finance team supporting with raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing client statements.
Salary: Β£27K
Location: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week
Finance Assistant duties:
- Processing of invoices and credit notes
- Sending out statements
- Responding to finance queries and issues relating to Accounts Receivable
- Processing invoices and responding to requests
- Checking and updating balances
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, sales ledger / credit control etc.
- Good IT skills, using systems such as Sage
- Excellent communication skills
