Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Marketing Brand Lead to work for a great company based in the Redhill, Surrey area. This is a stand-alone marketing job opportunity which is ideal for someone who has may be worked as a Senior Marketing Exec or Marketing Lead that can manage the brand and marketing activities.
Salary: up to £45K dependent on experience
Location: 4 days office based, 1 day WFH
Hours: 35 hour working week Mon-Fri
Marketing Brand Lead duties:
- Take ownership and be responsible for successfully executing impactful marketing campaigns and brand activities for the business
- Identify key areas of focus and recommend actions that drive marketing performance
- Lead the deployment of the brand strategy
- Execute content creation, case studies etc. across all media channels such as LinkedIn
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure that they meet agreed marketing KPIs and make recommendations for future activity
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in a similar Marketing / Brand marketing type role, at least 1-2 years experience within the professional services, legal or recruitment sector
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong marketing campaign management experience and able to drive a brand forward
