🚨 Business Analyst / Project Manager – Regulatory Change | Belfast 🚨

We’re hiring a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the Markets Transformation function of a leading global financial institution, supporting a portfolio of UK & EU regulatory change and control remediation programmes.
This is a genuine hybrid BA/PM position, ideal for someone who combines strong project delivery skills with hands-on business analysis experience and can confidently manage multiple regulatory initiatives.
🔹 What you'll be doing:
• Support Programme Managers across multiple regulatory change projects
• Draft project initiation, scoping and governance documentation
• Review regulations and support regulatory impact assessments
• Map as-is / to-be processes and identify required changes
• Run stakeholder workshops and gather/document business requirements
• Maintain RAID/action trackers and produce management progress reports
• Prepare working group packs, minutes and governance materials
• Coordinate meetings and workshops across multiple stakeholder groups
• Provide clear status reporting into senior governance forums
🎯 What we're looking for:
• Ideally 5+ years' Business Analyst / Project Management experience
• Previous experience within banking or financial services strongly preferred
• Exposure to regulatory change, transformation or remediation programmes
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills
• Strong project governance and reporting capabilities
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
