Are you an experienced Legal Cashier or Accounts Assistant (with a legal background) looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that genuinely values its people? In this role, you'll be a key part of a collaborative, inclusive, and modern workplace that embraces change and innovation. You'll handle everything from processing payments and reconciliations to ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules - all while supporting fee earners and clients with top-tier financial service.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing client and office account transactions (cheques, BACS, TT, foreign transfers, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with SAR and VAT rules
- Calculating and recording client interest
- Supporting billing processes and fee earner queries
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to support smooth financial operations
