About the Role:
- Own day-to-day and end-to-end accounting for multiple entities: AP, AR, cashflow, month-end, year-end, and reporting
- Work closely with the CFO, Finance Director, and business leaders, with real impact on investments and operations
- Exceptionally hands-on environment - no rigid processes, accountability is valued over hierarchy
Must-Have Experience:
- 3-5 years' accounting experience (qualified by experience or part-qualified)
- Confident across end-to-end AP/AR, cash flow, and financial close for multiple entities
- Able to adapt and problem-solve without rigid process manuals - intellectually agile, strong commercial awareness
- Full-time office presence; 1 WFH day/month
Nice-to-Have:
- Family office or holding company accounting experience
- Exposure to mid-market corporate structures or hospitality/real estate sectors
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation and FX transactions
