We’re looking for a world-class Art Director / Snr Production Designer to help create and develop our International and local Radio Shows. This is a role for the visual designer, communicator, and problem solver who can deliver end-to-end design across Radio and collaborate well with others. The role involves art direction, motion and production design, and the creation of impactful and authentic Radio shows across EMEA and APAC.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience creating and leading the output of an editorial design product
  • Passion for a wide variety of editorial and digital design
  • Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography and illustration
  • Conceptual thinker who is strategically-centred
  • Demonstrates command of visual and communication design principles; delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture, music and design
  • Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong illustration sensibility; sourcing, commissioning and briefing
  • An understanding of motion and animation principles
  • An ability to work on global teams, across time zones, date lines and traditional routine

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Communication design or equivalent
  • 5-7+ years relevant design or creative leadership experience required
  • Experience in music, entertainment or agency/editorial is a big plus
