Reporting into the Business Support Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with claims processing. This is a varied role offering excellent long-term career prospects within a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across the business. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering a high level of customer service. Process and manage claims accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems. Liaise with internal departments to ensure claims and customer queries are resolved efficiently. Support with data entry, document management and filing. Assist with reporting and general office administration. Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service level agreements. Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience within an Administration, Business Support, Customer Service or Office Support role. Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience within claims administration would be advantageous but is not essential.
