About the Role:
- Lead all AP operations and process improvement, supervising two accounts admins and ensuring supplier/subcontractor payments are on time and controlled.
- Preparing supplier payment runs and subcontractor payment runs.
- Lead on complex supplier queries and resolve them.
- Setting up new subcontractors on the system - including verifications, CIS checks, and CIS returns.
- Play a key part in onboarding Coins (or similar) and driving best-practice as the finance function upgrades; hands-on and strategic input required.
Must-Have Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years' AP experience within a UK main contractor or specialist construction environment.
