The Contingent Workforce team is responsible for the strategic management of our external talent ecosystem. Our mission is to balance operational excellence with long-term partnership health, ensuring our suppliers are positioned to meet the evolving needs of our global organization.

As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our most critical suppliers and internal business partners. You will navigate the complexities of a large-scale enterprise to drive performance, mitigate risk, and foster innovation across our external workforce programs.

  • Relationship & Performance Management: Lead monthly governance meetings with top-tier suppliers to review performance, embed business needs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Compliance: Partner with internal Compliance and Delivery teams to ensure all contingent workforce activities meet stringent global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing marketplace trends and key data points from suppliers to inform enterprise-level strategy.
  • Project Leadership: Manage numerous high-priority projects simultaneously, demonstrating the agility to pivot based on changing business demands.

6+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Commercial Management. ~3+ years of Executive-level experience, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing high-value partnerships.
