Our client is a global technology organisation operating across international markets, supporting businesses in delivering and optimising digital experiences at scale. They are seeking an Account Intelligence Specialist (German Speaking) to join their UK-based team, supporting sales operations, account research and CRM/data management activity across EMEA accounts. You will play a key role in supporting sales and marketing teams by building accurate account intelligence, maintaining CRM data and helping identify opportunities across target accounts. This role requires fluency in German, as you will be supporting German-speaking regions and accounts as part of a wider EMEA remit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Research Intelligence
- Conduct research on target accounts and key stakeholders across EMEA
- Identify decision-makers and key contacts within customer organisations
- Gather and maintain company intelligence (structure, industry, size, key initiatives)
- Support account-based sales activity through high-quality research
- CRM Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
