The Details
This is a 12-month contract role operating on a hybrid schedule, requiring a few days a month in the London office. The position requires 40 hours per week, with some flexibility needed to join calls after 5 pm to support a global team. The salary is £93,600 per annum.
What You Will Do
- You will design, scale, and optimize paid media and performance marketing campaigns to drive quality traffic and leads.
- Your responsibilities will include managing global virtual event promotional plans, ranging from smaller webinars to larger global experiences.
- You will direct agencies to ensure deadlines are being met with quality and accuracy, and activate multi-channel Account-Based Marketing strategies for high-value companies and personas.
- You will also oversee comprehensive tracking and reporting for digital campaigns, collaborating with analytics and data science teams to build channel reports, all while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and operating speed.
What You Need
- We are looking for someone with 7 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS, agency, or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You must have extensive experience in B2B enterprise marketing, shifting away from consumer-led or SMB profiles.
- Hands-on experience running virtual and in-person event programmes is required, ideally utilizing platforms such as Splash, On24, and RainFocus.
- You should be familiar with Mar/Ad-tech, lead routing, automation, nurture, and personalization, and have proficiency in tools like Google Data Studio and Salesforce.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.
