Your Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a local finance team.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with department heads and the Commercial Team on pricing, planning, and growth strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Lead monthly management accounts, forecasts, and KPIs, providing clear commentary for stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Capital Projects: Drive the annual budget cycle and maintain financial oversight on major capital investment projects.
- Core Operations: Oversee billing, purchasing, credit control, payroll accuracy, and cash flow forecasting.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Experience: Proven track record in a senior, hands-on role outside of practice, including experience managing a transactional finance team.
