We are looking for an experienced finance leader to manage a high-performing team delivering accurate and timely financial and regulatory reporting. You will provide insights, ensure compliance, and report to senior stakeholders including the Board, Audit Committee, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and manage the reporting team, driving performance and engagement
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 4, HGB, UK GAAP, and Solvency UK/II requirements
- Deliver analysis of results against plan and forecast, addressing key queries
- Maintain strong risk management and control frameworks
- Respond to regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance
- Build effective relationships across Finance, Actuarial, and external stakeholders
- Support capital modelling and related reporting
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualified experience
- Background in financial services, ideally insurance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, detail-focused, and confident challenging the status quo
