The Opportunity
Joining a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, you will take ownership of the RF lifecycle. You won’t just be a cog in a machine; you will be instrumental in designing, building, and testing complex RF-based systems. You will have access to world-class facilities, including anechoic chambers and the latest spectrum/network analysis equipment, to bring your designs to life.
Your Technical Profile
- Experience: 6+ years of post-graduate experience in RF-based circuit design (Radios, Radars, etc.).
- Design Cycle: Proven track record of taking modules from initial concept through to successful design verification.
- Core Skills: Expert-level microwave, RF, and analogue design/simulation skills, including:
- RF Amplifiers
- Filters
- Frequency Synthesisers
The "Value Add" (Desired but not essential)
- Knowledge of mm-wave frequency design.
- Understanding of full Radio or Radar systems.
- Digital circuit design skills to complement your RF expertise.
- Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring junior engineers.
