The Role
- Working in a collaborative and high performing Finance team, this role will lead on FP&A with significant autonomy and the opportunity to really make an impact.
- Coordination of the annual budgets and forecasting cycle
- Oversight of product profitability models
- Performance reporting including the development of a Business Performance Pack
- Analysis of costs and income streams
- Leadership of small team
- Business partner with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Drive process efficiency
- Support strategic development through business case modelling
The Candidate
- My client is ideally looking for a commercially focused Qualified Accountant with strong financial planning and management experience gained in the Financial Services sector.
- You will be capable of developing financial models focused on profitability, balance sheet, capital and liquidity drivers, and will be comfortable business partnering and operating at both an organisational and strategic level.
- The role offers significant flexibility within a collaborative and supportive environment, with an expectation that you will attend the office a couple of days a week.
