Morgan McKinley are working exclusively with a client based in North Bristol to recruit an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller for an initial 3-6 month assignment. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a small finance team, with responsibility for group reporting, month-end processes, cashflow, controls, forecasting and supporting the business through ongoing change and restructuring activity.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with previous experience within construction, manufacturing or retail environments, ideally in businesses that have undergone significant transformation. You will be confident operating at pace, able to drive improvements and available at short notice.

The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with occasional travel to other sites.
