Are you a confident, hands-on Accountant looking to join a highly successful, rapidly growing business in the midst of exciting change?
Morgan McKinley is proud to be working with an innovative and fast-paced client in Cirencester, who are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in their Cirencester office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and evolving company that is experiencing significant growth, including multiple acquisitions. You\’ll play a critical role in integrating new entities and ensuring smooth financial operations during a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and integration of new acquisitions into the business
Support in mapping and aligning chart of accounts for effective consolidation
Apply a strong understanding of the balance sheet, including accruals, prepayments, and journals
Work closely with the wider finance team and senior leadership to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, SME-style environment with limited existing processes
Use your initiative to hit the ground running and deliver from day one
What We\’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within a growing or fast-changing business
Comfortable working under limited supervision – self-starter with strong initiative
Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
Available to start within 4 weeks or less
Experience working in an SME or acquisition-heavy environment would be highly beneficial
