Supply Chain Planner opportunity in Milton Keynes - Up to 48,000 per annum plus benefits including healthcare, dental, pension and hybrid working arrangements.
A market leading, innovative organisation in Milton Keynes are looking to hire a Supply Chain/Demand Planner on a permanent basis. This role will report into the Head of Demand and will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing the production planning to meet customer and project demands
- Managing and controlling spend
- Balancing capacity, materials, inventory and labour to meet project and customer needs
- Driving continuous improvement within supply planning and scheduling
- Supporting demand planning and S&OP
- Reporting deliverables and KPI performance to senior project stakeholders
To be considered, applicants must:
- Have worked in a similar supply/demand planning position ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Be able to demonstrate a strong level of knowledge around BOM (indented and Flat) as well as S&OP reporting
- Have awareness of quality and control requirements
- Have strong system (MRP/ERP) experience - Sage Manufacturing highly advantageous
- Be a strong communicator with proven stakeholder management experience
- Be able to travel to customer sites when required
