The Company

Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with an established and highly dynamic business to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to support their Engineering & Technology divisions.

Due to continued growth, they are keen to recruit a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner who is keen to partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide support and constructive challenge to drive operational outputs and improve financial performance.

Role

  • Provide analysis and insight into the operations performance, identify areas of improvement and drive outputs
  • Work in partnership with the operations teams to prepare budgets and forecasts, along with variance reporting.
  • Build and design in depth costing processes
  • Assess cost drivers and their impact on performance
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure inventory and stock is accurately accounted for

Profile

  • It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholders
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Good understanding of standard costing, inventory management or stock controlling
  • Results orientated, with a desire to succeed
