Key Responsibilities Board-Level Influence: Take full ownership of designing, producing, and presenting comprehensive board packs. Executive Partnering: Act as a highly visible, face-to-face partner to the leadership team, with the confidence and communication skills to present financial narratives directly to board members. Systems & Process Transformation: Champion the company's finance technology. Lead upcoming system implementations and drive continuous optimization utilizing Microsoft Dynamics. Financial Leadership: Oversee all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance, and streamlined processes. Commercial Analysis: Challenge the status quo, providing robust financial analysis to support strategic growth and profitability initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Fully ACA or ACCA qualified (this is an essential requirement). Systems Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics is mandatory.
