Offering a salary of £40,000, this role provides the opportunity to deliver impactful financial reporting and analysis within a fast paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role
You will produce accurate financial reporting, deliver meaningful analysis, and support decision making across UK and European operations. Working closely with operational and central teams, you will help drive budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and deliver clear financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting through variance analysis and financial modelling
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Conduct adhoc analysis to support business performance and strategic initiatives
- Maintain strong financial controls and data integrity
- Contribute to process improvements across profit and cost centres
Skills & Experience
- AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience producing financial reports, including balance sheet analysis
- Strong understanding of budgeting, controls, and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior and international stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to meet tight deadlines
