In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of the company's Finance Transformation strategy. Working across Finance, Technology, and the wider business, you will drive digital finance capabilities, implement innovative tooling, and embed new ways of working. This is a high-impact role for a Qualified Accountant looking to accelerate their career toward a Financial Controller position. You'll join a dynamic and evolving finance function at a pivotal moment - gaining exposure not just to core financial reporting, but also to strategic finance projects and process transformation. Role
- Financial Reporting & Control
- Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
- Support the delivery of year-end statutory accounts and audit process
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the group
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and perform regular reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making
- Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including:
- Systems improvements and automation
- Process standardisation across newly acquired sites
- Integration of acquisitions into the finance function
