Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations and strategy, leading a team of 4.
- Create, design, and implement HR strategic plans aligned with organisational objectives, including people planning, organisational design, skill gap analysis, and HRIS implementation.
- Partner with board, C‑Suite, group and operational leaders to deliver HR objectives and initiatives.
- Lead the identification and rollout of L&D strategies with an internal specialist.
- Lead the reward programme.
- Drive culture, values and engagement.
- Manage and lead complex employee relations cases.
- Support strategic plans such as integration of acquisitions, including TUPE.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as required.
