Morgan Mckinley is seeking a Financial Accountant, based in Oxfordshire, to join a leading PLC organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting ongoing finance transformation initiatives, combining hands–on accounting responsibilities with opportunities to improve systems, processes, and financial reporting across the business.

Responsibilities- Manage the month–end close process
- Take ownership of inventory accounting
- Providing accurate data and commentary on performance to support and influence the SLT on strategy
- Contribute to wider finance transformation projects, supporting best–in–class financial systems and processes.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to challenge and support stakeholders.
- Proven experience in commercial finance.
- Strong ERP and Excel skills
