Finance Director Vacancy In Milton Keynes – Up to 100,000 per annum plus benefits – 5 days onsite

The organisation are a fast growth FMCG organisation who have experienced exponential growth over the past 5 years. The owners of the business are looking to bring in a Finance Director to design and drive the next 5-10 year financial plan whilst also being hands on with the day to day and monthly close operations.

The Finance Director will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and delivering financial plans to support business objectives
  • Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Leading the finance and accounting teams
  • Completing the monthly close process including finance statement production
  • Business partnering key stakeholders across the business
  • Implementation of financial processes, managing cashflow and risk mitigation
  • Improve and drive currently processes and reporting
  • Strategic projects such as implementation of systems and tech
  • Ad hoc

To be considered applicants must:

  • Be fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
  • Have experience of working within an E-Commerce led organisation
  • Be willing to work in an ever changing environment and be able to demonstrate adaptability in previous positions
  • Be seeking a role with stability
  • Have experience of working within an SME environment
  • Ideally have experience of working with Amazon selling platforms or technologies

The Finance Director will receive a salary of up to 100,000 per annum plus company specific benefits which will include bonus, pension, healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
