Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + 10% bonus
Level: Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant looking to step into a dynamic role with real impact. You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting decision-making and driving performance through insightful reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to commercial leaders
- Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Build financial models to assess key metrics and business scenarios
- Present monthly financials with insights to senior leadership
- Provide ad hoc analysis to inform business strategy and performance
- Own financial reporting cycles and identify risks/opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
