Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + 10% bonus

Level: Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant looking to step into a dynamic role with real impact. You'll partner directly with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting decision-making and driving performance through insightful reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to commercial leaders
  • Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Build financial models to assess key metrics and business scenarios
  • Present monthly financials with insights to senior leadership
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to inform business strategy and performance
  • Own financial reporting cycles and identify risks/opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator, able to influence at senior levels
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering
