ESG Reporting Manager Milton Keynes 2 days on site £60k – £70k + £5k car allowance & Bonus We\’re looking for a qualified accountant with ESG experience to take a lead role in a FTSE-listed business\’s sustainability journey. This isn\’t just reporting – you\’ll be shaping processes, improving systems, and ensuring the business meets evolving investor and regulatory expectations. You\’ll work at the centre of ESG, partnering with senior leaders, managing key projects, and turning complex data into insight that drives real change. In this role, you will: Own the ESG reporting process – from data collection through to investor and regulatory disclosures such as TCFD, SECR, and CDP. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to make sure all areas of the business deliver accurate, timely inputs for ESG requirements. Design and enhance reporting tools – build dashboards and reporting solutions that bring ESG performance to life for the Board and senior leadership. Improve systems and controls so ESG data is robust, reliable, and audit-ready. Lead external audits of ESG metrics, ensuring compliance and readiness for future reporting standards. Support strategic ESG projects that influence the company\’s long-term sustainability priorities. You\’ll need to be: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experienced in ESG or sustainability reporting from practice or industry. Comfortable managing projects and deadlines across multiple teams. Analytical, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly. Confident engaging with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
