About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator to join an established operations team in Bicester. Operating on a hybrid schedule with 3 to 4 days onsite each week, this post involves providing administrative, fleet management, and client support via telephone, email, and live chat. You will handle daily system updates, maintain client accounts, and ensure smooth operational workflows across multiple internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming telephone calls, email inbox enquiries, and live chat messages from clients and stakeholders.
  • Validate driving licences online, set up new user accounts, and assist clients with web portal access.
  • Process vehicle orders, track loan agreements, manage penalty charge notices, and update fleet records.
  • Generate, format, and issue daily and weekly status reports for clients and internal management.
  • Process telephone payments and maintain up to date records across database systems.

Applicant Requirements

  • Sound, proven working knowledge within an in house or office based customer service and administrative role.
  • Candidates with background experience limited to retail environments will not meet the criteria for this office position.
