Morgan McKinley are seeking an immediately available Interim CFO for a PE-backed HealthTech provider in London to lead all financial operations during a period of rapid scaling and rising NHS demand, partnering closely with the CEO, COO and Clinical Directors to stabilise finance, strengthen reporting and prepare the organisation for future growth or potential funding events.\\n\\nThis role is paying Β£1,000-Β£1,200 per day outside IR35 with hybrid working available\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead all financial operations, including reporting, board packs, cashflow, budgeting and forecasting.\\nStrengthen financial controls, governance and compliance (FRS102/IFRS).\\nDrive commercial decision-making around NHS contracts, pricing and service-line profitability.\\nOversee system and process improvements across billing, revenue recognition and financial reporting.\\nProvide strategic leadership during scaling, supporting long-range planning and scenario modelling.\\nPrepare the business for potential fundraising, investment or refinancing activities.\\nBuild financial visibility across digital consultations, activity volumes and consultant utilisation.\\nWork closely with clinical and operational leaders to support efficient service delivery.Key Skills & Experience\\n\\nFully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).\\nProven interim CFO experience in Healthcare or HealthTech\\nTrack record of leading finance in PE-backed, VC-backed or high-growth environments.\\nStrong financial control, forecasting, commercial finance and cash management capability.\\nExperience with NHS funding models, revenue flows or regulated healthcare environments.\\nHands-on, operational and able to quickly bring structure to a scaling organisation.\\nExcellent stakeholder management, able to partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders.\\nStrong transformation, system improvement and process optimisation background
